1. Introduction
Welcome to our LED Dance Floor and Uplighting rental service. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1. Booking Process: Clients can book our services through our website. A booking is only confirmed once payment is received.
2.2. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment systems.
2.3. Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking.
2.4. Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event date.

3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1. Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply based on the notice period given.
3.2. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking cost.
3.3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

4. Delivery and Setup
4.1. Delivery: We will deliver and set up the equipment at the venue specified in your booking.
4.2. Setup Time: Please ensure that there is adequate time for setup before your event starts. We recommend allowing at least 2 hours for setup.
4.3. Access: The venue must provide reasonable access for delivery and setup. Any delays caused by restricted access may incur additional charges.

5. Equipment Use and Responsibility
5.1. Proper Use: Clients are responsible for ensuring that the equipment is used properly and safely.
5.2. Damage: Any damage to the equipment caused by misuse or negligence will be the responsibility of the client. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
5.3. Supervision: The client must ensure that the equipment is supervised at all times during the event.

6. Liability
6.1. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our equipment or services.
6.2. Event Disruptions: We are not responsible for disruptions or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, power outages, or venue issues.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1. Personal Information: We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2. Data Security: We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
8.1. Updates: We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
